Returns

• You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.

How to return

1. Contact us at support@luabloom.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your order and place a new one.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@luabloom.com.

• We will replace it at no additional cost.
